Delete Your Data
- Open SocialPlanner and disconnect your Facebook or Instagram account from the Accounts page.
- Delete any scheduled or saved content you no longer want stored.
- Email us at support@socialplanner.in with the subject line “Delete my data”.
Facebook App Data Deletion
If you connect your Facebook account to SocialPlanner, we store the minimum data needed to let you schedule and publish content. When you disconnect the account, we remove the connection from your SocialPlanner workspace.
If you request full account deletion, we also delete the Facebook Page connection data, tokens, and related metadata stored in SocialPlanner unless we are required to keep some records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
What We Remove
When we receive a deletion request, we remove the personal data stored in our app, including your profile information, connected account references, and related usage records, unless we are required to keep certain data for legal or security reasons.
Confirmation
After processing your request, we will confirm deletion by email where possible.
